I have been using the Refirm Dental Implants for the past 6 months, and have done 4 cases thus far. The implant system is comfortable to use, with a well-designed kit. The addition of depth stopping sleeves in the kit makes the process of osteotomy preparation stress-free. The implant itself has a combination of square and tapered threads to maximize surface area and facilitate easy implant insertion. The prosthetic phase too looks quite promising with a good array of components to choose from based on the requirements of every case.

Dental implants have evolved significantly over the years, and since I placed my first implant 20 years ago, have tried a large number of systems. Recently I have been using Refirm implants in a Multi centre study. What I like the most in this system is

The implant drill kit is nice n well laid out. Has decent cutting drills…
The implant is well packed n easily carriable to the site.
The design has good metal margin for a conical connection n so is resistant even in small diameters
The platform switch is inbuilt
The thread pattern n surface coating are good… not too active nor too passive
The surgery was smooth n initial healing has been uneventful…
